2 ‘most wanted’ in La Paz nabbed
Two men in La Paz district’s most wanted list were arrested Wednesday afternoon by members of the Iloilo City Police Office Station 2.
They are Anecito Pahitamos, 28, and his cousin Niel Pahitamos, 22, both residents of Brgy Ticud, La Paz, Iloilo City.
Chief Insp. Rene Lauron said the two are facing a murder case before the Regional Trial Court Branch 35 in Iloilo City under Judge Fe Gallon Gayanilo, who issued the arrest warrant on May 6, 2009.
No bail was recommended for their provisional liberty.
The Pahitamos cousins, who said they are ready to face the case, are detained at the lock-up cell of La Paz Police Station.*JPR
