3 Ilonggo murderers, 11 other convicts off to Munti
Three Ilonggo criminals with murder convictions and sentenced to life imprisonment were shipped off to the National Penitentiary in Muntinlupa Thursday. In specially tightened security provided by the Iloilo Rehabilitation Center (IRC) jail guards, the trio was in the company of eleven other convicts mostly of homicide cases.
