Capiz PNP readies witnesses' accounts as Cuevas oversees probe

Witnesses in Thursday's killing of broadcaster Martin Roxas have now come out to testify and make official said witness accounts before police investigators.

As such, the Capiz Provincial Police Office (CPPO) are expected to file today the sworn affidavits before the prosecutor's office in Roxas City, Capiz.
