City Commission on Elections (Comelec) in-charge Jonathan Sayno has urged new voters to register starting July 15-22, 2007 so that that they could vote in the upcoming barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan elections on October 29, 2007.

Allied Arts under Benji Belgica and his son, Coco held an exhibit for the teen residents of Home for the Girls. It was attended by some of the girls themselves and social workers from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD). The exhibit featured the works that the girls made from a series of workshops facilitated by Benji.
