Last July 14, 2007 different clubs of the Junior Chamber International, Inc. gathered in Boracay Island for their 3rd Area Council Meeting. Their were 11 local organization presidents who attended the council meeting namely JCI Iloilo Ilang-Ilang, JCI Iloilo, Mandaue, Metro Cebu Uptown, Catbalogan Balud, Inc., Cebu Sinulog, Cebu Inc., Zugbuana, Bacolod, Metro Iloilo Dinagyang and Sagay Sigay.
