Trenas not weakened by Pavia housing issueCITY Mayor Jerry Trenas is not demoralized by issues hurled against him by his political opponents particularly the P130 million Pavia housing project. “Ilonggos are worth fighting for.” The issue on the P130 million indicting the mayor for graft and corruption popped up last week. The Ombudsman allegedly has handed down a resolution implicating the mayor on the controversy. This was denied by Trenas. Trenas said if the issue on the multi-million housing scam was his price for pursuing his political ambition, “then be it.” |
